Dear Mr. Shelly
I have found a project I feel confident I can do given the resources I have found. My presentation shall be in the form of a video. I shall post it on youtube and I will keep a copy of the dvd for backup. My project is on the basics of pitching and the mental game and strategy of pitching. I wish to do this because it is a part of my favorite game that I feel I may be successful in.
I have found multiple books to help me in this project. Ball Four by Jim Bouton, Complete Pitcher by Sports Illustrated and The Keys To Success by Louisville Slugger inc. These books have given me information on proper mechanics and the various ways to set up a batter to get them out. I have obtained the knowledge necessary to present this to the class.
I hope you consider this project worthy to be used for my English class non-fiction unit. Thank you for your consideration.

Check the formatting of your letter and compare it to mine. There are a few small errors. Also, your letter is kind of short, what else do you need to add?
